When we talk about “personal information” in these rules, we mean information about the device, as well as information about order information.
I.I INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEVICE
When you visit the website, we automatically collect information about your device, including information about your internet browser, IP address, time zone and some cookies installed on your device. Additionally, as you navigate the Site, we collect information about the individual pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. I.II ORDER INFORMATION
When you make a purchase or attempt to purchase a product on our website, we collect information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. We refer to this information as “order information”.
II. WHERE DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the information we collect to fulfill all orders placed through the website (including your payment processing information, arranging delivery and providing invoices and/or order confirmations).
Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, which is managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.:12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment processing and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
Order information is also used:
– For communication purposes (shipment status notifications, customer service, etc.);
– To screen orders for potential risk or fraud; and
– We will send you useful content based on your interests, and occasionally notify you about sales or other promotions in our store.
– Order information may be used in remarketing campaigns to deliver content or offers that we believe are useful, interesting (remarketing campaigns are conducted via Facebook/Adwords).
We use device information to screen for potential risk and fraud (primarily IP address), and to generally improve and optimize our website (e.g., compile analytics on how our customers navigate and interact with the website, and measure the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
III. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your personal information with third parties to enable the Site and the services we provide to you to function as described above.
